Meet Patricia Korus-Falk

Love where you live, love what you do! Patti Korus-Falk is blessed to live both of these statements by calling Chicago home and by devoting her time and professional talents to helping others do the same. atti’s real estate career began in 2007 with @properties after obtaining a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University. She continued her education, and in 2010 acquired a M. Ed. allowing her to pursue another passion – teaching – which she thoroughly enjoyed for four years. Patricia translates he skills she learned with being a teacher into real estate by truly listening to her client’s wants and needs.

Patti joined the Emily Sachs Wong team within @properties because she is passionate about providing her clients with the best real estate experience from beginning to end. She understands that buying a home is an emotional process, one that cannot be rushed. Whether working with a buyer or seller, Patti has a keen gift for understanding the needs of her clients and fulfilling their wish list.

Patti was raised in the Northwest suburb of Kildeer. For the last fifteen years she has been lucky enough to divide her time between River North, Lincoln Park, and the Gold Coast before recently moving to Wilmette with her husband and son Franklin. There they like to spend time outdoors, trying new restaurants and exploring all the North Shore has to offer!
